Bronze figure on plinth

This bronze sculpture stands approx. 14.5cm tall and approx. 5cm square and really has something about it. In my mind, this is a Belgian lady, the Flemish equivalent of Miss Marple, with idiosyncratic feathered hat and brolly! The hollow brass base has been inscribed “Amen”. Now it’s your turn to be the detective!
